Restorative Yoga. Art Education. Relief Printmaking.

Restorative Yoga is Conscious Relaxation

In Restorative Yoga, we practice connecting our physical, energetic and emotional bodies. We learn to let go of negative tension stored in the body by bringing awareness to places of holding. Awareness is cultivated by using the breath as an anchor and guide, to assist in charting the body with curiosity, openness and forgiveness. We learn to consciously relax and peel back layers of self, bringing us closer to our authentic being. Restorative Yoga is a practice that is accessible to all bodies and abilities.

In my classes, I offer a gentle, slow flow that leads to a series of floor postures that support and ground the body with props. I will guide you through postures that will allow your physical body to release, revealing tension that may lay deeper within. Join me on this journey of creating space.
